Featured Patterns: Wildflowers and Honeycomb Socks (knit) by The Handmade Life is a "not quite a vanilla sock" cuff down sock pattern with a very easy eyelet pattern, a honeycomb slip stitched heel flap and comfy rounded star toe. Just enough little details to spruce up a vanilla sock pattern perfect for the prettiest spring colored yarn in your stash. Inspired by the sweet little flowers that cover the ground just as spring returns. The pattern is written for 3 sizes (small, medium and large) using dpns, but it is adaptable to magic loop if that is your preference. You will need 1 skein of Life in the Long Grass and size 1 dpns. Check out TillaM's photo from Ravelry using the "River Rock" colorway. You can find the pattern in our collection of "Patterns - Knit".
Peachy Geometric Shawl (crochet) by Sandra Paul is an asymmetrical triangular shawl with clean lines and geometric textures to emphasize the subtle yarns in this loose and flowing shawl. Check out emmiewaner's photo from Raveling using 3 colorways: breeze, rosehip & pink. You only need 2 different colorways to make this shawl...unless you just want to add a third one. You'll also need a size E crochet hook. You can find the pattern in our collection of "Patterns - Crochet".
We will send one of these patterns free with your purchase of a skein or more of Life in the Long Grass. Please let me now in the notes section of your cart which pattern you would like to receive.
