"Scandinavian Caps for the Guys" from Cottage Creations.
 
This is a collection of 11 different two-color designs for the family. Even though the title says "for the guys," the caps are totally unisex.  There are 6 sizes given from toddler to large adult.  Lots of different designs... several classical, others  are easier, none are difficult! You never carry more than two colors at a time or carry a second color more than five stitches. Knit at 6 sts = 1” using sport weight yarn.
