The Next Chapter

Yesterday was hard as we moved all of our things out of the rental space and to my home. I had worked so hard on getting the rental space ready as our new location. And now less than a year later, we were moving again. The past couple of weeks I have been painting two bedrooms in our home to be used as my new online shop. This morning I got up with a new journey on my mind. With the walls freshly painted and newly cleaned carpet to walk on, I began the next chapter of The Yarn Haven. I put yarn on the shelves, set up my computer and started finding new places to put things. My desk and the fingering & sport weight yarns will be in one of the bedrooms. And in the larger bedroom will be the DK, worsted and bulky weight yarns. Needles will remain in their teal-colored cubbies and the accessories will be put in shoebags on the back of the doors. I have lots of ideas on how this new online shop will work...and I look forward to sharing those with you. But for the next couple of weeks, I need to get all of the yarn in place and start entering items into the store on our website. But don't worry...I'll let you know when I'm ready to start selling again. Our email address and phone number will be the same, so if you have questions, please let me know.
